01 — THE CHALLENGE

Where it started

LogiTrack ran fleets in six countries on six different processes — some on local software, some on spreadsheets, some on WhatsApp. Head office learned about problems days late, fuel spend was unauditable, and expansion plans stalled on operational chaos.

Drivers ranged from smartphone-native to first-time app users; any system they wouldn't actually use would fail regardless of its features.

02 — THE SOLUTION

What we built

We built a unified fleet ERP: live GPS ingestion from mixed hardware, dispatch and route planning, fuel analytics with anomaly detection, maintenance scheduling, and driver apps designed for gloves-on, low-signal reality — offline-first with three-tap workflows.

Rollout went country by country, migrating historical data and training local teams. Fuel anomaly alerts alone flagged enough leakage to cover the project cost in the first year.

  • Live GPS unified from mixed tracker hardware
  • Offline-first driver app with three-tap workflows
  • Fuel analytics with theft and anomaly detection
  • Predictive maintenance cutting roadside breakdowns
  • Country-by-country rollout with zero operational downtime
