Where it started
The brief required an application that could connect shipment creation, bulk operations, warehouse and hub processing, driver operations, fleet utilization, delivery attempts, proof of delivery, COD, and customer communication.
Management also needed a clear enterprise dashboard for shipments, deliveries, drivers, warehouses, hubs, fleet, revenue, COD, returns, performance, and customer activity.
What we built
Webprobity structured the application around role-specific workflows and a shared operational data model. Shipment history, status management, warehouse movement, driver tasks, delivery attempts, financial settlement, and customer communication were designed as connected modules.
