A centralized logistics management ecosystem connecting shipments, drivers, warehouses, COD, returns, fleet operations, and analytics.
Where it started
RideNow Delivery needed a single operating layer for modern courier and last-mile delivery operations. Shipment, driver, warehouse, fleet, COD, returns, and customer workflows had to work together instead of living in disconnected tools.
The platform also needed to support both operational teams and mobile users in the field, with reliable status updates, proof of delivery, cash collection, and notifications across the shipment lifecycle.
What we built
Webprobity designed and developed a logistics management ecosystem spanning admin, enterprise, customer, merchant, and driver workflows. The architecture brought shipment operations, dispatch, fleet, warehouse, finance, and reporting into one controlled platform.
Mobile workflows were designed for driver task management, barcode scanning, GPS tracking, delivery status updates, digital signatures, photo proof, push notifications, and low-friction proof of delivery.
